I’m Back — Let’s Thrive at 35!

I’m back!!! I took a two month break from social media to re-calibrate and I’m so energized now!!! I’ve missed you guys so much!!! I have so much to tell you, but I want to keep my first post back really simple. Today is my 35th birthday and this year is all about thriving! I’m calling it thirty thrive! Here is my list of 35 things I’m doing to thrive this year and hopefully this motivates you to create your own list! Talk soon! -Aud

  1. Seek God first
  2. Drink LOTS of water
  3. Find 3 things to be grateful for every day
  4. Limit worldly music and t.v.
  5. No snacks in the house
  6. Meal plan
  7. More Christian podcasts
  8. Food prep
  9. Limit screen time
  10. ½ plate of vegetables at dinner
  11. Family bible study
  12. Walk 10,000 steps
  13. Less eating out
  14. 7 hours of sleep at least!
  15. Personal bible study
  16. Make time for hobbies
  17. Journaling
  18. No more worrying
  19. Weight training
  20. Wake up earlier
  21. Compliment yourself every day
  22. Write that book!
  23. More dates with my husband
  24. Read through the bible
  25. No eating after 9
  26. Stop speaking negativity
  27. More time with the kids
  28. Limit soda
  29. Spend less time inside
  30. Grow my YouTube audience
  31. Monthly fasting from devices
  32. Stick with a routine
  33. Memorize scripture
  34. Practice self-love
